Tyrant Goatgaldrakona's album, Horns In The Dark, is a formidable display of black metal mastery. The band's raw and aggressive sound is on full display throughout the album's eight tracks, with each song delivering a relentless onslaught of blast beats, tremolo-picked riffs, and guttural vocals.

Despite its unrelenting intensity, Horns In The Dark also boasts a surprising amount of nuance and complexity. The band's use of atmospheric interludes and haunting clean vocals adds an eerie, otherworldly quality to the album, while their occasional forays into slower, more melodic territory provide a welcome respite from the unrelenting fury.
